Las Cosas Kitchen Shoppe and Cooking School is a wonderful resource for guests
of Santa Fe hotels interested in expanding their culinary repertoire. The shop
features a wide variety of beautiful dinning accessories, high-end cookware,
unique cooking gadgets, and specialty ingredients from local food manufacturers.
Guests of the Sage Inn may be interested in participating in cooking class with
Cooking School Director, John Vollertsen. These fun classes are hands-on providing
lots of instructional techniques and introduction to specialty cookware.
Classes are conducted in the store on various weeknights and during the day on
